Gu'an has developed a wide variety of mold temperature machines, with heating temperatures ranging from 30 to 350 °C, equipped with turbo pumps, flow pumps, magnetic drive pumps and microcomputer controllers, which can meet all the needs of different raw material processing areas.

The PID temperature control system is adopted to maintain a stable mold temperature in any operating state, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ±1°C; the high-efficiency high-temperature pump can be applied to the temperature control requirements of precision molds and small-diameter mold loops, achieving Precise temperature control and high-efficiency heat exchange; can be equipped with RS485 communication function and display mold temperature and mold return temperature function.

Gu'an's chiller cooling system can precisely control temperature, flow and pressure to maximize the cooling effect. Its products include air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and water tanks. On the basis of standard equipment technology, Guan can provide customers with personalized solutions to meet different needs. The newly developed frequency conversion control chiller adopts the frequency conversion compressor to convert the frequency according to the change of the load, adjust the cooling capacity of the machine to keep the chilled water temperature constant to achieve the purpose of precise temperature control, and save 15% energy compared with the traditional chiller.

metering

Guan volume color masterbatch machine can be used for metering of crystalline and amorphous color masterbatch raw materials, the production range is 0.2~32kg/hr. If the customer has higher requirements for the addition ratio and accuracy of the color masterbatch, we recommend the use of a weightless color masterbatch machine, which adopts the weightless measurement method, and the production range is 0.04~32kg/hr.

Gu'an's Weighing Mixer has an output range of 40 to 3,000kg/hr, with metering components ranging from 2 to 8 components. Equipped with a standard network interface, the software can upload the produced mixing ratio data through this port, which is convenient for production quality control; at the same time, the centralized monitoring with the machine can be realized through this port (based on MODBUS-TCP/IP protocol).
