This series of models adopts precision DC brushless motor.
According to the pre-set addition ratio and parameters, the all-digital microcomputer control system automatically converts the set conditions into rotational speeds, drives the stainless steel 304 precision metering screw through the coupling, and feeds the injection molding machine or extrusion (calendering) The material to be added is spit out from the sol cylinder. For example: masterbatch, recycled (nozzle) material, additives, auxiliaries, etc. The error value is not higher than 1%.
The product has two modes, which are suitable for plastic injection molding and extrusion molding. The metering screw is divided into 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, etc., and the DC brushless motor is matched with high-efficiency parallel gear reducers with different reduction ratios.
A variety of models such as double-station and multi-station measuring machines can be derived. For example, different output capacities of 0.1-100kg/h are provided for customers to choose. In addition, it can be matched according to user needs to meet the use of different occasions and different fields.
